Start Your Day with the First 15
Having healthy rhythms can help a person follow Jesus.
Try starting your day with a healthy spiritual practice called, “The First 15.”
The First 15 is about being intentional with the first 15 minutes of your day.
You start with PRAYING for 5 minutes, and then READING the Bible for 5 minutes, and then close out your time with 5 minutes of WORSHIP.
